Burke Basketball and Evolution Basketball will again offer our Skills/Training program for our House and Travel players.
The group at Lessons Learned does an outstanding job coaching players of all levels, from beginners to college athletes.
All sessions will have a low instructor to player ratio. Jump start your hoop season and come work on your game in four weekly sessions!
Cost for a single 4-week session $50

Look to see drill sessions such as:
•    Technical training in proper shooting form for lay-ups, foul shots, and jump shots.
•    Ball handling - change of speed and direction moves.
•    Defensive footwork - advance and retreat step, drop step, close out, denial, help, lateral movement, stance, box out.
•    Passing and pivoting skills.
•    Footwork for faking - jab and go, jab and cross
Bring your own basketball for the drills you will be performing during the sessions. Write your name on your basketball before coming to this event.
